Beschrijving: The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for ensuring product and material availability and on time replenishment to fulfill the operations plan and other demand needs. You report directly to the Manager Inventory & PlanningTasks & Responsibilities• The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing the open orders based on the operations plan and other demand needs • Analyzing factory/supplier schedules with regards to confirmed dates and quantities• Update ERP system with factory/supplier information• Work according to Planning, Inventory and Logistics processes, including ERP System, Shared Drive and Manual Filing• Supporting the implementation of new Logistics and Import regulations.• Maintenance of Dynamic Data in the ERP system, according to defined replenishment policies.• Supporting the definition of Supplier Standard Lead times, Minimum Order Values, Minimum Order Quantities and Smallest Packing Quantities• Execute Order Management of transfer Orders (correctly (re)Scheduled, committing and receiving of Inventory – delivered to Locations, accompanied with the correct documentation( weekly open TO overview))• Execute Order Management of Work Orders (correctly (re)Scheduled, consuming (back flushing) and receiving• Execute Order Management of (O/P) Purchase Orders (correctly (re)Scheduled, receiving of Inventory• Managing Return shipments to Factories/Suppliers. • Execute the monthly Inventory Reconciliation and bi-annual Physical Inventory Count.• Invoicing control• Running, checking and sending the Factory FC and the Supplier FC on a monthly base• When Factory FC / Supplier FC are exchanged with the Factory / Supplier, SPL needs to investigate whether the standard lead times can still be met, so parts lead times need to be investigated with the factory / supplier on a monthly basis to determine whether a Long Lead Time situation is applicable• When Factory FC is exchanged with Factories SPL needs to contact factories to discuss if additional tooling is needed to be able to deliver the forecasted quantities. Based on this SPL should create a proposal for opening additional tooling and send / discuss with DPL / PIL manager and get authorization from PIL manager to open this tooling• Every month the SPL needs to save the tooling reports on the shared drive and check these against the FC.• Maintaining RCCP module in Glovia 9 and check regularly (every 3, 6 or 12 months) whether the tooling capacity is in line with our forecast.
